Every participating Mississippi school and district with a sufficient
response rate (40 percent) receives a unique Project CLEAR Voice data report.
The data represents the unique and collective perception of educators regarding
teaching and learning conditions in your school community. Project CLEAR Voice
partners have collected and are now providing this data in hopes to guide school
improvement planning, faculty conversation, community engagement and
consideration of district and state policies and programs.
The 40 percent response rate threshold helps ensure the results are
representative of the population of educators in your school.
The minimum response rate also protects the anonymity of respondents.
For those schools and districts that have reached the 40 percent response
rate, your data is accessible from this site with a password. Every
participating school in the state has been assigned a point of contact
for helping coordinate the Project CLEAR Voice initiative. The point of contact
for your school will ensure that every interested party working directly in and
with your school has access to the password for viewing your unique school data.

Project CLEAR Voice partners have also created resources to help your
school community review and respond to data regarding conditions for teaching
and learning in your school. For example, the Center for Teaching Quality has
developed the Teacher Working Conditions Toolkit
(www.teacherworkingconditions.org)
to help communities and schools better understand and respond to data from the survey.
The Toolkit includes examples of schools that have addressed teacher working conditions
successfully, checklists and concrete ideas to provide a roadmap for activity on working
condition reforms.
Various technical assistance opportunities will also be available for all
participating schools to learn more about sustainable reform strategies to
improve conditions for teaching and learning. In the coming months, please
visit the Project Clear Voice web site and ask your school's
point of contact for the initiative to
learn more about these opportunities.
